@@SKSProps are you SURE? I've seen Toy Story, man, and I had to turn my Grogu away from the screen when I saw this, lol. It IS really cool how you did this, though. I have the top of a perfume bottle--one of those decorative type caps that sits over the nozzle--which is the perfect size and shape for the control knob, and I've been toying with the idea of painting it to look match. It already has the hole needed to look like it fits on a control stick, so the paint job and a little carving is all it needs. But I like this idea with the ping pong ball because the magnet would allow Grogu to hold it without me tying it on with fishing line or something.

I never liked people calling him "Baby Yoda", I always called him "The Asset" or "The Child". I still think he could be Yoda and Yaddle's love child. They said he was trained at the Temple on Coruscant, Yaddle did suddenly disappear without explanation, it kinda adds up.
@@SKSProps with Grogu we've now seen 3 of this species in canon, yet the species name still hasn't been given. I know it was never given in the expanded universe either, which is crazy. I don't think anybody knows, even now. They're still trying to come up with something. Lol.
Such a simple addition but makes this prop even more spectacular. Amazing as always. I love the graphite powder trick. I had quick question if possible to answer. With heavy body paints being quit expensive. What would be your top 6-8 colors to get? I know it kinda depends on what your project colors are mostly.
Good question. If I had to choose 8 heavy body paints Mars Black, unbleached Titanium, parchment, iridescent rich silver, burnt Sienna, Raw Sienna, which ever cadmium color best for your prop, which ever cobalt color would be best for your prop. You could paint just about anything with that as a base 👍

It is a great idea. But I consider it to be too risky to drill through his palm to try it myself. I may have to have a look myself (I will take my Mattel Grogu completely apart to put him on a custom body and give him a voice) whether I will risk it.
Binging with Babish covered the cookies in a recent episode. In that video, according to Jon Favreau, the cookies were macaron wafers only, no filling.
Huh that's weird because when I freeze framed the episode it definitely has filling, Well Jon Favreau could have called me and let me know in advance that would have cut my cookie creation time in half 😂😂😂
@@SKSProps Actually, what it is is just the macaron TOP. In Bingeing With Babish, you can see that when the macaron tops are baked, the bottom edge of the cookie has this pebbly texture, which is what makes it look like it has something in it. But a freeze frame of Babish's cookie next to a freeze from the episode matches up. HOWEVER, I like your cookie, and who's to say Din Djarin didn't buy Grogu other cookies at some point now that he knows the little one likes them and can eat them?
I just had an idea. What if Grogu likes the control knob because he was raised playing with a model death star ? Given to him by Raith Sienar perhaps ? Maybe Raith is he adopted father ?
