- Prince Harry’s US visa application is being reviewed by a judge following his admissions about his use of drugs in his memoir, Spare.
Royal correspondent Michael Cole: "I think he's in worse trouble than he probably realises."
The Heritage Foundation has argued that releasing the visa details will prove if Harry lied about his past drug use on his visa application.
They say that if the Duke did lie, he could be in breach of US federal law and should lose his immigration status.
And now President Joe Biden's lawyers have confirmed they've complied with a court order to move it onto the next step.

This happened last November and I’m pleased I did it the right and only way. I’m a monarchist who frankly doesn’t believe Harry shouldn’t be treated any different to me.

You fill out a form on the plane, before it lands, you have to fill it in. I had to have a doctor's certificate for my meds to show to the customs and immigration people. I had them in my travel bag and showed them to customs with the certificate. They were satisfied possibly because I was upfront and didn't try to hide it. The US takes this very seriously, as they should.

Exactly. The fact that the government has blocked his application from being released tells you which side they're on and they're going to do everything to protect him because they want him here in the US wreaking havoc on the royal family. I doubt Harry even had to fill out a visa application in the first place which is why they're blocking it from being released...nothing to be released. And if that got out to the American people then we'd have proof that it's "rules for thee but not for me" when it comes to the wealthy elite.
