Two years ago, I was not feeling well and went to the emergency room. immediately they put me on insulin and told me my blood sugar was extremely high 800 , Next thing you know I was in an ambulance headed to the larger city. Now since the clocks have changed, it´s bright at half four in the morning and dark at 4 in the afternoon, it makes NO SENSE, yet people don´t question this. It messes with our cicadian system, wakes us up too early and dark too soon. x
