Final result turned out great! You turned Danny into Dan. Why NECA didnt go with these parts/scale i will never understand. Looks worlds better. Great job my dude, cheers 🍻

Can you just add the Preacher's entire legs to the Danny figure instead of just the lower legs?
Not really, the rest of the torso is too small, it would.look like a midget on stilts.
The lower leg swap is the middle ground. The ideal torso would have been the Marty buck on Prracher Cassidy legs. But Dannys head would need enlarging.

so I mostly skimmed this video, did you have to repaint his face at all or are some of them actually printed properly?

I didn't repaint the face, just hit it with matt varnish spray. There are some that are printed just fine
