Ingredients:
600 g chicken breasts
1 onion
3 red peppers
1 tbsp tomato paste
3 garlic cloves
400 ml cooking cream
3 tbsp paprika
1 tsp cayenne pepper
1 ½ cups chicken broth
1 tbsp starch
Olive oil
Fresh parsley
Salt
Pepper
Instructions:
Cut the chicken breast into small pieces and season with salt and pepper. Turn on the stove on medium-high heat. Fry the meat in a pan with olive oil until a light golden color. Remove the meat from the pan and add finely chopped onions and red peppers. After they soften, add the tomato puree and mix well. After a few minutes, add the paprika and cayenne pepper. Stir again and add pressed garlic. Shortly afterwards, pour the cooking cream, chicken broth, starch and salt into the pan. Mix well, add the chicken and mix again. Reduce the heat to a low temperature and put a lid on the pan. Cook for 20 minutes or until the liquid thickens to your liking. Serve with chopped fresh parsley.
