I'm about to start paragliding/motoring and thinking of getting the Spyder 3 as my first wing. If you don't mind me asking can you tell me what your all-up-weight is including paramotor? As I'm 68kg I think the 22 would be ideal for paragliding while the 20 would be good for paramotoring performance (all up weight with eclipse/atom 80 around 95kg). Does the 26 not feel a little too big?
    Thanks.

      Hi,
The all up weight of this particular pilot is about 105 kgs (pilot weight 70kg's) which puts the all up weight just below the mid of the range. Now we are older folk so not into any acro so cruising is about all we do. The Spyder 3 is a great wing and already quite agile especially if you tie in its tip steering. If you are younger and interested in more agility I would position my all up weight between 50% and 75%. In your case I think because you are starting a 24 might be the right size especially if you will not be flying at the coast and you are starting out with a B wing and not an A.Your instructor will know best though. All I can say with certainty is that you wont make a mistake with the Spyder 3 as your first wing. Its safe enough to start out with.
