West Midlands Aikido Association Children's classes teach:
Children to have respectful interaction with others & self discipline,
It teaches children group behaviour while improving confidence & concentration.
Aikido emphasises & teaches kids to remain balanced, relaxed, & calm & also develop skills & understanding to manage & avoid conflict giving a positive view of the world.
