I am a born & raised massapequa girl & I have so so so many wonderful memories of all of the massapequa's 🙂♥️. This is my home & I am so glad to see wonderful videos like this one of my home town 🙂♥️.
Well I’m not really sure hon how this showed us what it’s like to live there but I did find the street signals of 14 hanging across the road there in that intersection we’re totally fascinating I’ve never seen nothing like that out here in Utah in my whole life
All the Massapequas are good communities. Mostly blue collar, many police and firemen from NYC. Great people and wonderful neighbors. I do have a friend that lives in what he claims to be East Massapequa close to the county line. I may be mistaken but isn't this actually West Amityville?
I lived in East Massapequa but my deed said Amityville. It was Amityville when my aunt lived in this house many years ago. I think it was changed to keep the schools separated. My kids were in Suffolk County schools,
@@donnabrown1760 Interesting. Nice place to be, figure you and your family stopped by All American burger from time to time? I go there when I am in the neighborhood. Its a real throwback. Wishing you and your family all the best.
Informative, but the editing is terrible. The main view is consistently a minute or two ahead of where he's located and what he's describing. At one point he's shown in the corner of the screen on Park Blvd and the main view is by Fairfield School, almost two miles away.
Massapequa es recordar la pelicula NACIDO 4 DE JULIO 🇺🇸 y a tom cruse excelente pelicula sobre los veteranos de vietnam son guerras estupidas que nadie gana pero debemos estar listos para defender al pais good 👍🙏
Pequa pies was the best under the train station. On Broadway back in the 90s

If you keep heading East on Merrick road eventually you make a right on ocean and on the left side to see the Amityville horror house

You should see the stop signs. There's one at every possible block in the where the houses are.

Also, in 45 years living here, never heard a single person refer to the Babylon Branch of the LIRR as the "South Line".
Seems like the commentary’s off from the video.
