Get this car in Elite Nav trim for about £18,000 brand new and you will literally get all the car you’ll ever need, full leather interior, front and REAR heated seats, USB ports front and rear, all electric windows, automatic lights and wipers, sat Nav with voice activation, Android Auto, Apple Car Play standard, dual zone climate control with vents at rear, electric parking break, choice of 17 inch wheels. All of that is standard spec. In real world driving many Astra drivers are finding better MPG with the 1.6t petrol engine in part due to its high torque, it will happily pootle around town at 30mph in fifth gear with only feathering of the throttle needed to keep it going, put it into third and floor it and it will absolutely fly. Not a Vauxhall Rep btw but I replaced my Focus St with one of these and it’s probably the most underrated hatchback on sale atm.
@@JMB1891 I now have a 2021 Astra 1.4 petrol auto ( cvt ) Sri Sports Tourer which I purchased new and it has the new three cylinder engine and, I have to say how impressed I am with how it performs and how good the fuel economy is, recently on a run it returned 52 to the gallon and that was averaging 60 to 70 mph. As for the gearbox it is very smooth and I am very pleased with everything about this car.
Got 1.0 SRI nav, absolutely love it. Fast enough & gets 40+ mpg combined. Can't recommend it enough. Great car & just about fits everything in for a family of 4 going on holiday.
2 years later I have the same one it doesn't even do 30 miles to a gallon even if you drive it like an old man terrible mileage just like everybody else nothing but lies
Hi there just seen your video absolutely rubbish I can't even get 25 miles to a gallon when I bought the vehicle only 22000 on the clock it was still brand new I drive it worse than my Grandad I used to own a Ford Focus 1600 14 years old and I used to get more mileage than this crap very good to drive bad for petrol don't be fooled

Agree with all of that. I'm averaging 42mpg in mixed driving in my 1.6T Elite Nav. Managed 57mpg on a motorway cruise recently.
I have a 2019 Elite Nav Tourer auto, and it does not have rear vents, which is a shame as my dog does not benefit from the air con being on.
Thats exactly the car I bought today. Hopefully I made a good choice in the long term

I easily get 50mpg in my 1.0T and even close to 70mpg on motorway journeys. Had mine 3 years and now stands at 35k miles with not one single issue.
Maybe you dont own it anymore. But how was sound on the highway. Did it suffer from not having a 6th gear?
@@lalalo41 I still have the Astra (20k miles in) & still love it. Sound isn't bad at all on a motorway, not having a 6th gear isn't a problem.
