This music gives me mixed emotions, the first time I heard it was at my father's funeral, it was his favorite worship song and the psalmist sang it to say goodbye with my father. I heard it and I started to cry, I cried because of my father's death and because the lyrics went deep into my heart because I was so far away from God at that time. In the days that followed, I avoided listening to it because it didn't matter where, my tears flowed one after another and I couldn't hold it back so I stopped listening to it for a while until in my room, I wore it. I listened to it and started to think about it and it hurt me to feel how far away I was from God. And I understand that I have lost a biological father whom I love with all my heart, but the heavenly father wants to fill the holes in my soul,

A few days ago, the spirit of suicide was plaguing me. The spirit of God reminded me about the evil spirit on Saul leaving him when David played. I got up and played this whilst worshipping. I felt that Spirit leave while listening to this. Emmanuel, you do so much through your music, and God has used you as a vessel for His glory. You are the modern day David on the keys, just chasing away evil spirits one chord at a time. You have blessed me so much❤

I was also listening to your worship music while I was pregnant with my firstborn. Sadly he passed away as a newborn (just this May). Four months later, I got pregnant and now my heart is breaking over losing my second baby. I am currently miscarrying. My baby would have been 7 weeks in my womb. Still God is good all the time. I will see my babies in heaven one day for sure. I have cried rivers this year but I know God loves my family and He is good all the time.

I know that my circumstances don't change the fact that God is good all the time and all things work together for good but it can also be confusing. Like how can losing our babies bring good when I feel so broken inside. Losing 2 babies this year in our second year of marriage is too much to bear.
