Most of the IIMs demand JRF. Only a few of them, consider NET score. Once the basic minimum eligibility criteria has been achieved, and the shortlisting is made, the test scores do not matter much. What would matter is the knowledge about your indicated area of interest and your passion for pursuing PhD. All the best!
