I suppose the notifications from the phone could be totally turned off if a person does not use a phone and does not wish to view those. Usually at home we usually have larger screens. I feel to save the battery and restrict it to the fitness activities and sleep makes more sense. Could I set this up without a phone if I do have an Android Samsung Galaxy Tab A that I could hopefully use for the pairing and setup? What I like is the large screen and the SpO2, but how does that do the measure through the wrist? I do know it has to be done when totally still and it is not a measure done continually which is fine. So if the person does take the SpO2 measure at various time in the day are all those measures saved and downloadable to say the Samsung Galaxy Tab A I have whenever I do a battery recharge of the fitness watch/tracker or would it have to be downloaded daily because there is limited space for recording data? What is the size of the battery in mAh? What would be the size of storage on the device for data?

The other point I feel sure I will be doing is getting the newer Galaxy Tab S7+ (Pus) which is 12.4 inches in future which will have Bluetooth 5 because I need a larger screen and want one with a pen, so I might postpone getting a tracker. But I really appreciate the answers. So the last question is, given I think you said it needs Bluetooth 5, is that I suspect that means in the short-run my Samsung Galaxy Tab A has only Bluetooth 4.2.....so I guess I should wait, and in the mean time just go out to walk without a tracker.
