@@DavidRamosAuthor yes looking at that had spoken with JH via email. My issue before I switch is I want to make sure I have the best theme and or custom design for what I'm doing. Finding it hard actually to find designers that know Ghost that are not charging an arm and a leg.

I don't seem to find a way to add Subtitle to the post. How did you do so? I am using Liebling Ghost theme. :)
Good question! So, if you go to Post Settings (the sidebar with more options), fill in the Excerpt and that will display as the main subtitle in most themes. Give it a try and let me know!

1. Yep, you can change your theme at any point - it's really easy to do.
2. I have seen people sell courses on Ghost because you can embed audio and video into posts, but it's not the easiest thing to do if I'm 100% honest. If you have a text-based course, that would work better. Or just turn your course idea into an article series (which I have also seen people do).

Hi Nicolo! That's a great question. Most people can use the basic for the first year and get everything that need.
FYI, if you're migrating a big list of subscribers (1000+) or want to use a premium theme, you'll need the creator level.
Otherwise you'll just need to buy a domain. I recommend using Google Domains - most are only $12/yr and privacy + security is included.

Wait I've heard that there is a monthly payment (even if we buy our domain name somewhere else), but you didn't mention that. Unless I missed it. Can you please mention that?
Hi Cherrie, with Ghost you have 2 options: since it's Open Source, you can download the code yourself and self-host for free (minus hosting fees) - but this is only recommended for those with a STRONG technical background.
Option 2 is to use their hosting service called Ghost Pro, where they maintain and update the software for you. Every new user gets 2 weeks free, and then pricing starts at $9/mo. I recommend to everyone to go with Ghost Pro because of the ease.
By spending $70ish bucks a year, I save myself hundreds of hours in technical stuff. This was one reason I switched from WordPress + Bluehost. Even though its cheaper on paper, I was spending thousands of dollars of my time per year making things work.

That’s an interesting question. I’ve used StreamYard for live-streaming, you could embed a StreamYard stream on a member-only post inside of Ghost - that will get you a similar experience.

Sure is, you can add Google AdSense to a Ghost blog in just a few simple clicks. I recommend going to Ghost's integration page and searching for Adsense
