The first one you cut looks like it is above the graft, but the sucker is root stock.
The second one maybe root stock since it looks like it is coming out a hair below the graft. The ones on the side I couldn't see where it was coming from. You may need to graft more branches of the variety that you want in a year or two when it gets bigger.
