Gary Player is probably a lot fitter than me. When I look at a video of him doing pushups though with Rory McIlroy, he doesn't get anywhere near the ground. When I look at video of old people like me doing a lot of pushups, most all are barely bending their elbows and consequently not going all the way down and all the way back up.
