Nice flowy single track, one of the other hallmarks of single track over a lot of double is the ability for them to get very technical and hairy quick! Risky going down alone 1st time on such a big bike, I'm for it!
TA is about 40 kg lighter and it does feel so also. Additional plus is your lower seat but when it gets really raw AT electronic suspension with longer travel and bigger ground clearance allows much more. I do occasionally drive TA also and it really feels quite more nimble to me than AT. And when I go to 160kg bike hard enduro it feels almost like I would be on a regular bike... Weight and size is a huge factor Off-Road.
How on earth did they get a car down there? Outside of a race speed is pointless. My two considerations are 1) is it fun to go down there and 2) can I get back. You probably could have gone down that track, but for me it failed test 1). The track you rode to get there is right in the sweet spot, fairly easy, but still away from the masses, the transalp weight 208 kg, physics dictates that its hard work in difficult terrain, even if a guru rider is riding it. Some people could ride the transalp up the "hero" track you spotted, but again for me it fails test 1).
Done, yes. But if it didn't work out, turn around and come back, no. But 1) is a big thing. I've found my self pushing a few times and not having fun because of where I put my self
A month after this video, I crashed going 80khm

Thinking of trying it again now that I've got friends to go with
@@DragoniteMotoJP sounds wicked
Love your common sense 😄
Doing obnoxious things to get views only makes sense if you live long enough to post the video🤣🤣
@@DragoniteMotoJP 😂👍🏼
Coming from Canada and traveling in that area in February, looking forward to seeing what's there. Maybe I need to rent a bike?
Get your international license if you wanna do it.
And stay to the left😅
That track where you turned around isn't a hero track, heroes make it home, going down that track would most certainly not have been a hero move :)
Nice trail! Single trails can be used by Adventure Bikes indeed

Thanks.
Saw your video.
I wonder how different the effort level is between your adventure sport and my TA

@@DragoniteMotoJP Yes....and the knowledge that you put yourself in that position always makes me kick myself...
