May I know does it work in 3 point principle, for example, a customer has called to raise a ticket with us, and call centre agent does 3 point check ( Full Name, DOB, email address etc.) and then start a session for that user so that it will show everything regarding that Contact context only and the Call centre agent can not go to other contacts info or tickets until unless he/she is closing the current session of the contact and starting new contact session.
@varun Yes you should be able to do that, today I believe you would have to open the tabs manually, not sure if API support is there to auto open tabs for the record for other data
