I found this beautiful clip of our brother Wode Maya who discovered Africa in Tobago. My heart was so full of joy while watching this video. I became homesick as well as I watched clips of areas in Tobago that I frequented while living there (Buccoo, Scarborough, etc.). Our brother didn't go to Tobago to play tourist. He visited there to truly connect with his African brothers and sisters.
This is the future that I dream of . A future when we see ourselves in our brothers and sisters!
