Taking roids is a decision each individual has to make. If you want the level of physique that this man has you’ll have to make that sacrifice. Not to say you can’t obtain what I guess you would consider a “Pro” level physique naturally, but it’ll take far longer with no guarantee. People who decide to juice for the right reasons in my book deserve respect. Their love for bodybuilding and their passion is great enough that they can accept the negatives in order to chase their dream physique.

Yeah I had that problem's to when I did it, but now I can do it myself as I know my body 😑 but now got to learn didn't with a injury so it will take longer, plus I did the diet to but I didn't need it back then as I could eat anything and burn it off as I was doing way more physical stuff back then and working in physical job as well, but I'm starting again but have a stomach problem as well now so hopefully have that sorted soon as well arrrh life can throw things at you 👍🏾👍🏾💪💪

Compounds are everything for naturals and you can get big of 5 excercises 3. Don't go slow/squeeze your muscles on stupid isolation exercises. Be explosive and lift heavy.

I'm 14 starting to train from Melbourne Australia. I have a bench press leg curl thing and Dumbbells. I way 64kg and I'm 174cm tall and can run 3km in 9 mins. I'm trying to put on some muscle so I can play in my older brothers under 17's footy team but I'm struggling to find upper body and back exercises. My diet mainly consist of low sugar and then just eat a can of tuna or other proteins before a workout and after.Any suggestions for upper body exercises?

it will be like that for a while you will start chasing the pump instead of getting sore eventually it took me a good 5 months before i could work out more than once a week..after starting as a total beginner

Behind the neck pull downs are primarily harmful for shoulders as they cause external shoulder rotation. Neck isn't the only possible injury there.

He does swing. It is a way to overload the eccentric motion, quicker gains.
