For Chinese brand, their basketball shoes will normally go under retail for a lot(in CHINA), and the reason why Shockwave 5 PRO can stay at a high price is because the Kyrie hype, and maybe this is a market-testing product so they reduce the production compare to other sneakers like KT9
Do not get the Pro version. I did a AB comparison in the Anta store and the price is just not worth it. Pro is softer in the heel but they are comparable in the forefoot. If you use it outdoors and land on your forefoot often, your knees are going to take a pounding.
Seems like the Pro version ain't worth the increase. Though I like the Pro design more, there's no difference in the cushion system, its the same.... the regulars end up being better due to durability
The regulars are for outdoor play while the pros are for indoors, still think the regulars are much more worth it considering they have the same cushion tech, the same carbon fiber shank plate and still really good lockdown and padding

Everything is great about that shoe, only the cushion is a littlebit lackluster, very low to the ground, but I am heavily overweight and still enjoy playing in it. Oh, and you can wear it casually even in a light rain, because most of the upper material is waterpoof but very breathable at the same time.
Price has come down. Anta lost their minds for a minute and realized “Hey guys we ain’t all that” Looks like 165 at this point. Concerned about the dust magnets. Wiping every play is not my thing.

I didn't realize before watching this that Kyrie is only a size 12 so if you're a bigger guy there's no larger size options.
