Hey man. I've been seing these kind of videos for years and sometimes still do from time to time. Let me say, having also taken film classes and seen courses from professionals, that this video has not only great production value but also one of the best-concise way to explain these concepts I've seen. I'see you've just hit 1000 subscribers (I think I'm 1001 lol) and even if happy you may feel like you "deserve" more. Let me tell you, you absolutely do so keep it up!
Wow, thank you for your amazing comment! I don't receive many comments on my videos, so reading yours makes me happy and motivates me to create more content. I truly appreciate your support and thanks for being my 1001st sub!
This is great content. I teach film and will send this clip to students if they’re confused (or absent!). However I feel the title “how to shoot a dialogue scene” is a bit misleading because the scene shown appears to be more action/thriller based and not about the dialogue.
Hi, even though the example in this video is more action/thriller, the technique explained can be used for dialogues, or any other kind of scene really. Thank you for the support!”

What's the name of the software you used for the storyboard?
Hi, thank you!... the software is called moviestorm.
So, How do you shoot a dialogue scene with one camera?
The answer is in the video.
Hey Bud, Great content but the inclusion of that phone voice was very irritating. Could not focus on what you were saying
Hey, thanks for the input, I really appreciate it!
“Star” and “Female??”
?
@@rebelfilmmakers maybe “costar: instead of just “Female” or every something else that is not so demeaning in comparison to “star.”
