The mixxpop, for me it is present in most of the album, it is not in a heterogeneous way, but in a homogeneous way, love me like this has a mixture of HipHop and R&B sounds and rhythms, homogeneous mix, just did it and heterogeneous HOME, for me, HOME is where we can see mixxpop better, it is present in the whole song, In my opinion it has been great that they have brought other different genres, and this does not mean at all that they have left the mixxpop because it is still present!!! The tt may not be so mixxpop but there's nothing wrong with it!!! It's good to give a variety of sounds and music ❤️ Love me like this totally a bop 🫶🏼🐬
I loved this album from beginning to end, because you listen to it and you quickly say "this is nmixx" for me, nmixx already has its personal brand and its identity with this album, I am very happy that their music sounds so unique, they put a lot of effort into this album, in the showcase of the comeback we could see that all the songs have choreography Some incredible people and they deserve all the good that is happening to them, my favorite is HOME, the sounds and the lyrics, bro the lyrics made me cry, they talk about it, they will not leave their way, although they know that it is very difficult, they are very excited to go through it, and we will be there to accompany them!!!! This year we will have 2 more comebacks!!!! There will be a lot of nmixx!!! Let's support them together!!! Long @ss comment from a heavily biased NMIXX / JYPE fan incoming : To start off I'll repeat what I was saying when NMIXX debuted. If JYPE debuted them "normaly" it wouldn't be fair game for the rest of the rookies. They would just obliderate everyone that debuted in close proximity with them. Instead they went for a more artistic / experimental approach. They set their debut up in such a genius way while grabbing that bag from "The Coca Cola Company" that it was mind blowing for me . They knew exactly what the result of their debut would be (TANK lyrics/meaning) although they've already warned people what that was (O.O lyrics/meaning) but kinda overestimated the general public avg inteligence and got much more hate than any artist deserves. On their first comeback they went a little bit more into lore while toning the chaos down a notch as to better showcase the members pottential (also make sure that the lower than avg IQ people get something) , as a last warning of what was to come (That "Big Wave" was not just a catchy part of "Dice") and to make sure people knew than NMIXX is , among many thing , also a vocal group with "COOL (Your rainbow)" . Now they came out with a statement as their prerelease (to me it can have double meaning which is the litteral "YDS" lyrics/meaning and also a jab to the general public that tore them apart @ debut not getting what that debut was all about) and a VERY important message at the end of the song " We know what you want , come in while you still have time" only to come out with a more general public friendly song (while keeping their flair and colour) and break the internet. To finish things off they made sure you knew what they are about with "Just did it" mockingly (to me) saying "You dumbfudges though we could be looked down upon? Whatever you said we couldn't do/be , we just did it" *mic drop* . Also the intro of their MUPLY live like a 22/2/22 dated video with Sullyoon going through her , insult filled , textbook till the rest of the girls came and Lilly took it and tore the pages from it kinda broke me. pumping out content left and right. love it. as far as variety, today's idol human theater is freaking hilarious. there's also idol of silence. first episode or 2d1n, showterview with sunmi. they also competed in immortal songs.
