- Driving the Route de Presles in France. I was driving on the D292 past a bushy landscape for a bit and at 00:42 you suddenly enter this grand view with a magnificent balcony road overlooking the valley. The French balcony roads never cease to amaze me.

I wonder, how can anyone deal with an encounter with another vehicle? That road I see fit only for bikes... What can you do if you encounter, let's say five cars on the entire road...Or is there some system in place to prevent such encounters?

I've been there myself in the summer of 2021 on a road trip through the Vercors and the Drome in general. That view at the Croix des Toutes Aures (at 5:37) to me was the essence of that entire trip. Stunningly beautiful.
