#1 way I make decent money early on in RTR is breeding frogs. It’s passive (you can do it while your sim sleeps) so it’s a solid side income on top of the other stuff! :)
100%! For me, I was commenting on kinda the very initial panic period of getting into the challenge haha! But for sure!! We love a cheeky frog income 💜 do you have any other go to tips?
@@YasmineNadia hmm, the only other thing I always do with a new rags to riches character is buy a tent (from Outdoor Retreat pack) instead of a bed at first. Little more expensive than the cheapest beds, but you can also get your fun up with one or two of the interactions, it's big enough to woohoo while single beds are not (good for fun need also), and don't need a roof over you to shelter from rain if you have seasons! So it saves a little money in the short term, plus if you like realism it's a lot less absurd than tossing a bed on the lawn lmao.

My sim survived by eating fruits then started planting stuff.
Yes, gardening is my RtR sims go-to income early on. Free with harvestables, and they can spend most of the rest of the day on other forms of income.
