Relay ka power supply off kar do aur phir on kar do reset ho jaega But aapke relay ko change kar do to better rahega kyu ki sayad wo relay faulty ho gaya hai Ya ek baar uska testing kar loa ki work kar raha ki nai

Contact ka position only change hoaga, Relay koi voltage generate nai karta

Ha jo comman terminal per voltage rahega wo NO Contact mai jayega , kyu ki ELR Trip hone par NO CONTACT NC ban jaega

Neutral is not going through CBCT??
If there is a neutral supply than it should go from the CBCT other wise the ELR will trip
Neutral is passed through CBCT. If it not, then always there will be residual current through CBCT.
