- An extremely modern and fresh Urban Park Max built by yours truly!
This unit is just under 400 square feet, not including the loft, that adds an additional 175 square-feet. It is 37 feet long with a 2 foot bump out for the large closet space in the bedroom totaling in a 39 foot tiny home!
The main bedroom (downstairs) was made to comfortably fit a king bed. It also has 2 large closets with storage underneath for enough space for clothing!
This client opted for a more traditional look rather than ultra modern, with the all white finishes and light woods. The spacious bathroom has a beautiful grey shower with designer fixtures. The measurements for the bathroom are 4.5’x8’ - so room to dance while you get ready in the morning!
The kitchen is huge! It has custom built cabinets and a very large refrigerator.
The home is covered in windows, so the natural light will be absolutely beautiful in the spring and summer months. The kitchen has tons of outlets, and the wood throughout is grey wash white oak.
The Urban Park Max starts at around $189K, and as you customize the price may vary.
FINALLY a kitchen at the END!!! YES. I really like the way this is done too. Love this.
Yes! Thank you!
Amazing tiny home you can see a lot of planning and though has gone into that design well done !🙏🙏🙏
Thanks so much! 😊
This is gorgeous!
Thank you so much!
Really beautiful!!! Love your work, impressive every time! ❤ Thanks for sharing 😊
Thank you so much, so kind!
Lovely tiny house but I can’t believe you didn’t put frosted glass in the shower/toilet rooms window
Our client didn't ask for it :)
@@TruFormTiny well that answers the question, cheers.😀
I love this one, I’d love this size, but as is probably way out of my price range. How wide is it? Does the upstairs have to be so big? I’m older, and probably won’t be able to use it except for storage and bed for occasional guest. How wide is it, and how wide is that space for a couch?
Everything about our homes are customizable, we could always do a single level living space as well.
Beautiful! I could live in this house ❤️
Thank you! 😊
Absolutely lovely and your workmanship out standing.
thank you so much!
I like it very much might want buy one I will let you know soon .
Great!
That hall feels like a waste of very, very valuable space. I would favor a walk through bathroom with a full size washer and dryer. And why don't we have slide outs? That would make the living room functional. Just my thoughts.
What?
The cost of this home seems reasonable to me. Where I live in Ontario, Canada the average price of a 800 sq foot home is $750,000.
But that includes land. How much land?
Beautiful!!
Thank you! Cheers!
Wow starts at $189,000 I might as well buy a starter home somewhere
Good luck finding a starter home under 200K that isn’t in need of a full remodel. I’ve been looking. A small home under 200K in many areas will require another 100K to make it liveable.
You nailed it
@@barbaramiller298 Yeah…and speaking of nails, you best bring a bushel of nails and other construction products with you to put the house in liveable condition. Have you SEEN what 189K buys? Also, when you get tired of the bad neighborhood that starter home is located, can you move it to a nicer location? A lot more to consider than the price tag. A new well constructed home that you can move (which is the reason people look for tiny homes to begin with) vs a site built home for the same price likely in a less than desirable neighborhood and with all the “extras” those starter homes will likely require:…new furnace…new plumbing …new electrical…property taxes… updating to make it a nice place to live. To compare a tiny home to a site built home is literally apples to avocados.
Gorgeous kitchen but almost $200,000 for a 400 sq ft home that's not even on property is too steep. My sister just bought a Sticks and Bricks 10 year old house w/more than double the sq ft of this one near Portland OR for 250k.
I agree!!!
yes! that's a little expensive!
Totally understand! We always encourage everyone to go with an option that works for them!
Love it !
yay!
Never any 5th wheel Toy hauler or Destination Rv will smash this for the 60,000-100,000 self contained with solar and septic & water tanks with slidouts huge spaces with above home average quality appliances and generators
Dig dig dig this one..
Also, i want to provide my own handmade kitchen sink, bathroom sink & all light fixtures would you install?
How much would it run?
Feel free to send us an email and we can figure out details. support@truformtiny.com
I would like to know if you cannot go 14 feet high.I'm find in the bedroom and the upper ears. It's a little low
14 high is the ceiling maximum for tiny homes
A 400 sq ft should be less than @100,000 with plenty of profit. Reduce your price to a reasonable one and you might sell 100x more. I disagree with the other posters who said otherwise. I live in Georgia, where I know this is true. You forget that for many, the main reason to go tiny is to reduce costs and get debt free OR they want a more simple easy lifestyle. I am most certainly not going to trade my 2337 sq ft customer built home for one that costs that much per sq ft. It is ludicrous.
That is why we always encourage folks to go with a builder that works for them! The quality and craftsmanship of our homes are extremely high quality and have a 60+ year warranty. You get what you pay for!
Measurements? No washer/dryer?
There is a space for the W/D but our client wanted to install it once it was delivered!
@@TruFormTiny nice home, unfortunately, I’m in the other side of the US from you.
You should have someone smaller show the house. That bathroom looked way too cramped after he was in it.
How much to do this for three grown adults?
Feel free to head to our website and you can design a custom build! truformtiny.com
**LOWER THE PRICE** uh duh!!! 200,000 is Cost Prohibitive if you’re not a Landowner. Too many windows which takes up wall storage space. I LOVED 💜 the stair landing leading to the loft area which would be great for an older person and allows for more storag.
All preference! This was custom built for a client, so all fit to their needs :) We love to hear the feedback though.
Very little prep space in the kitchen.
It is a tiny home so space is limited.
The end of a tiny home, with it's triple aspect is too precious to waste on a big-house kitchen. I'd slide the kitchen along, minimilise it creating an awesome lounge, which is the centre of my house, not a kitchen.
It is so interesting! We have people saying the kitchen is way too big too! It is all preference!
200k, way to much for tiny
We always encourage folks to go with a builder in their budget
Headroom in the bedroom is terrible
The man in the video is 6'3!
That bathroom wouldn’t fit anyone over 5’7”!!! I’ve seen a lot of tiny homes that are much more impressive that cost much less!!
Actually the man in the video is 6'3!
@@TruFormTiny He wouldn’t be able to shower properly because the shower head was so low!! He had to duck through the doors inside!!
Looks like every other cookie-cutter Tiny home.
nooooooooooooo
