    --------- INGREDIENTS / for 10 pcs / ---------
    For Cupcakes
    • eggs (2 pcs)
    • sugar, cane (150g | 2/3 cup + 1 1/3 TBSP)
    • coconut oil, melted (50g | 3 2/3 TBSP)
    • vanilla extract (2.1g | 1/2 tsp)
    • milk (120g | 1/2 cup)
    • potato starch (60g | 1/3 cup)
    • sorghum flour (60g | 1/2 cup)
    • tapioca flour (40g | 1/4 cup)
    • cocoa powder, unsweetened (8g | 3 1/4 tsp)
    • xanthan gum (3g | 1 tsp)
    • baking soda (4.7g | 2/3 tsp)
    • salt (2.8g | 1/2 tsp)
    For Chocolate Buttercream
    • butter, unsalted, softened (88g | 1/4 cup + 2 1/4 TBSP)
    • sugar, icing (142g | 1 cup + 1 1/2 TBSP)
    • milk (20g | 1 1/3 TBSP)
    • chocolate (70% is best for this recipe) (42g | 1.5 oz)
    For Decoration
    • colorful candy eggs (30 pcs)
    *** If you want to prepare full cupcake decoration (not nest decoration), you will need more ingredients for buttercream:
    • butter, unsalted, soften (166g | 1/2 cup + 3 2/3 TBSP)
    • sugar, icing (266g | 2 cup +2 TBSP)
    • whole milk (37.5g | 2 1/2 TBSP)
    • chocolate (70% is best for this recipe) (79g | 2 4/5 oz)
