Hi there! The stuff is good, but is there a factory stand for the speakers? I've been looking for it, but I haven't found it yet. If there is no factory, is there a recommended one?
Shirley your digest. I have a question that I cannot seem to find an answer to. Can the base level be adjusted on the subwoofer separately from the soundbar?
S80 sound is awful (luckily I managed to return them). The soundbar and rear speakers does not sound much better than my TV speakers. The subwoofer introduces a lot of annoying noise in dialogue. The firmware update dos not improve enything, it introduces a lot of weird noises to the rear speakers. My daily driver D60 sounds much better. I thought the flagship S80 soundbar would be an obvious upgrade, but it wasn't (read some forum comment under the S80 firmware upgrade page). The S80 has some good moments, but the satellite and sooubdar speakers are very flat. Bese is deep but sometimes very anoying . If you buy D60 you need to change firmware to custom (it's available on ultimea page) to make it better and more fucngtional. I think D70 fixes some D60 issues. Form those 3 models i would buy D70.
i have to say i have mixed feelings about the soundbar, the upfiring speakers / the dolby atmos modes do actually nothing or its so minor u that u wont notice a difference. the sound do feel like more "muffled" depending on content. especially when u watch stereo content the rear speakers are bit annoying since they produce a static hiss sound & they try to produce sound through it, even when its supposed to be soundbar only sound. coming from a older Teufel 2.1 soundbar (which had their "surround" option, but in reality it only added some "room" but wont or barely noticed actual left/right sounds). Also seems it lacks some height in comparison. So thats the bad things, now the good: it easily slaps in Atmos/5.1, it sounds not that muffled anymore, more clear & just works, the last time i heard some Atmos content was in my Dads living room, who has a whole 5.1.2 (.4) avr setup brought back some memories, i dont have the space to install it in my place. Its obv worse compared to that. but for the money i was surprised. My suggestion: place the rear or left & right speakers further away, angled & maybe bit higher, even when ultimea says otherwise. that way i figure sounds better, giving more "room" & for people that complain about the static (u can still hear it but less annoying). i hope Ultimea still works on their firmwares for the s80 & fixes some of these issues, the hissing/static from the rear speakers are the biggest issue atm, followed by the "atmos/upfiring speaker setting" cant speak about v139 firmware which apparently didnt had the static issue, but the v142 def has some problems (even the soundbar produces some static noise, but way quieter u only notice if u put ur ears on it). overall good soundbar, with good base & if u want to experience some 5.1 surround / atmos content. its prob a rly good deal in that $250-300 price range. but if u want bit more quality u also gonna pay $450-600 which is already double the price. (+ i rather have a front firing sub than a downfire since the house i live in, doesnt like downfire subs, had to keep it on the lowest or 2nd lowest setting which was almost 0 punch while the frontfire allowed to get almost double the power before u can feel & hear the sub from downstairs) update: they apparently released a new firmware update to fix some of the issues caused by 142. though i had to return it since i wasnt to even downgrade before the new update arrived. so your mileage may vary.

The D60 out performance the S80 hands down with crazy bass and sound. The S80 has a 8” Subwoofer but yet it has no bass even at the bass level set to +6 The D60 only has a 5” Subwoofer and boy does it have bass rocks my hole living room. Don’t believe the people reviewing it on TH-cam there payed to give it a good review.
@@muddyram4x4bobbyz84 i agree, i had to return it since after couple days i noticed the static got worse for me & the sub even at -6 produced some sort of "brrb" effect when just voice lines are playing. muffled again) the sub for me was strong enough, i had to change the location compared to a downfire sub to feel it, since its a bit different than side-/frontfire. Also i was unable to downgrade the firmware since people recommended it, but this thing wont accept any usb data (except for actual music files). i dont wanna try the d60 or newer 70 now since i feel it will have some sort the same issues, but prob better option when a $120 option sounds better than a $300 one is just sad - i opt into a bit more expensive one from a more known brand & prob be good for the next 5-10 years
@@qaeso ended up on the LG s95qr soundbar had to take the deal, though it has some "negative" reviews from some people/reviewer & just hoped they fixed all the negatives with some firmware updates & with the right settings they did indeed imo & according from rtings score against the samsung counterpart it also wasnt far off which was at that time 350 bucks more expensive (+ have some negative experience about samsung & their hdmi problems which their soundbar also tend to do). i also heard the sound from a local brand called "peaq" which is also is located in the bedroom. which iirc is only available in EU which also costs ~200€ and has impressive sound for the price. its clear, good details, bassy but somewhat lacks some low noise rumble, but not a big deal & the surround/atmos works, but suffers or cant give u the little details u sometimes get, like the whispering "behind" you while sound is coming from the front etc. it tries but its way less noticeable compared to an AVR or soundbar with satellites.
The only things that I'm leery about with this particular soundbar set are the following: What is the warranty period for the set? The Ultrmea brand name is a no name brand apparently . How does it rank with other similar soundbars from well known tech companies such as JBL, and Bose, for example, that offer Dolby Atmos soundbars? How does the company compare to those industry giants? Is there a height adjustment on the upfiring speakers in this unit, to make the sounds higher or lower according to the listener's liking? Is that possible with this Ultimea soundbar system? I know, too many questions. But the Ultimea brand is just about unknown to the many seeking such an Atmos experience. Is it worth it, quality wise? You review vid is great, though, and makes one consider this sound package as a contender to purchase. I'm sure that there are those who think this is just a cheap Chinese made component system. Ultimei is a brand that has been gradually proving the quality and price of their speakers and projectors so although they are not well known as other brands like JBL, I believe that as people use their products they will be more and more knownn and so far for the feedback i have on my 2 channels people that has purchased a Ultimea product are happy so price for what we get its dificult to find better. I would suggest that if you are on the market for one of these sets give a try. You can send back if you’re not happy with it so no risk at all. This one vs ultimeia D60 ,or vizzio 5.1? I live in Ecuador and wanted to buy this ine buy Im not suer if the bar is so long that it won't fit in a trabelling bag lol HEPP PLEASE

hello, ULTIMEA D70 without dolby atmos but 7.1 or Poseidon D60 with dolby atmos and 5.1 only? is there a big difference?
