My great grandmother passed 5 years back , at the age of 96 . She was so strong and highly independent.. cooked her own food , took care of us , helped my mother a lot , have seen 2 generation before her and 4 generation after her . Once someone tried to snatch the chain she was wearing . She immediately beat that lady in her chin with a jar she had in her hand so hard and she got saved . All this was only because she strictly followed all the rituals as per santhana Dharmam till her last breath

I understand the imp of values but not alll old norms are good. Some things need to change with time... Their is no wrong to develop with time while taking good parts from past together... Also most imp part is belief , you believe in old or new ideologies it's your choice... Its just everyone choice need to be respected... You believe in things that grt and you don't that's too... No one have right to question other one's belief....
@Prathamesh Adsul my belief doesn't matter here... All i wanted to say that their is no wrong in new technologies also... I have seen ppl not using allopathy way for some serious diseases and going with aurvedic and yoga and regretting later... No doubt aurvedic and yoga has done grt to ppl, have awesome results and it depends person to person... I m just saying that new technologies is no bad like old are not...

I have slip disc or muscle cramps in on back so honestly speaking yoga doesn't help me but due to physiotherapy i almost recovered but has slightly pain' btw dadi look very young and look like her mom not grandmother
