A catenary is not to be confused with a parabola. Despite the fact that they look very similar to each other, they are not in fact geometrically similar, and their mathematical equations are very different.

Yordan Dimitrov They would, every block is of equal importance. Keystones are only relevant in construction. An unfinished arch has to be supported by rafters, when the keystone is placed it can support it's own weight.
