A rough estimate 250-300M which includes the construction materials, lot area, and labor (might as well include professional fees) and might take around 1-1 ½ yr if planning is not yet included
They have own a Lotte na I think 150 million is enough to build this house

Who's here after Alodia's recent engagement? Now ko lang narealized na... Yung ang tagal nila ni Wil pero mas nauna pa yung house plan kesa weddinh proposal. In modern times like this siguro maiisip that is just being practical pero somehow it kills the romantic air in the relationship.
Being practical haha. You don't need months or years, just days lang. Although noon, mga panahon siguro ng lolo't lola ko, meron ding mga 1-week relationship pero tumatagal ang marriage. Well, time will tell, pero let's hope for the best.
Will doesn't look often to Alodia, than the other way around. It seems Alodia loves Will more than he loves her.
