30 minute missions remind me of that 80s cartoon, "Centurions" which was about 3 dudes who had a suit that you could add stuff on to depending on the mission
One thing I've come to love about these 30 minute mission kits is the interchangeability with 1/144 gunpla. The adaptors and extra thrusters and stuff are super useful for easy kitbashing that stands out without going "I cannibalized this from a sinanju!" or something like that. Super great stuff. Not always very solid connections, but nothing a little top coat or glue can't fix.
i would totally watch a build series where the mc uses these 30 minutes missions kits as his main suit, eventually upgrade it bit by bit as he fights stronger opponents.
I made an interesting sort of Guntank with the brown tank and a matching Portanova, mounting the tank cannon as a backpack. Now I NEED one of those white Rabiots and the gear packs. I love the wheeled Roy-Roy!
The tank reminds me of a back pack cannon. I'm glad I've been patient with 30mm. At first there really wasn't much to offer and they were a little meh but I still gave some if the blocky chunky mechs a shot. I just love the classic blocky mechs no matter who they are really. But more and more awesome part sets are coming out and you can likely expect something a lot more bad ass by the end of the new year. Or at least I hope so. 👍 Thanks for the review as always.
Ok like, i used to ignore the 30mm line and stuck to Gunpla mostly because i thought the designs were too plain for me. But after seeing how customizable the 30mm kits are in this video. Im actually considering getting a few of them
i think 30mm would be the best motivation for mecha to get a black light as the clear plastic used for the mono eye is very uv reactive and glows very brightly so imagine a dark room with black light making those eyes shine like a squadron powering up for a late night mission

Bandai was definitely on to something when they conceptualized these 30MM kits, and now the kitbashing fans won't have to sacrifice their beloved Gunpla for a customized and modded mecha (although they still could, but I'm not one of those guys!)!!! I love the Sand Tanks!!! I love the option and weapon parts too!!! Ditto with the Planes and Subs!!! Can someone tell Bandai to create weapon packs for specific weapon types? I need a weapon parts box that has nothing but missile pods: closed, open, shoulder/arm/leg/side skirt mountable missile pods, like maybe 12 of them? Or if guns are your thing, they could sell a box of nothing but guns!!! Or swords!!! I'm also loving those color schemes, and the Alto Ground Type is something that I'm dying to get my hands on!!! Thanks for posting this, I'm more motivated than ever to add some of these to my 30MM kit collection!!!

I'm pretty sure that the "scope" from the Rabiot weapons pack is meant to be the under barrel grenade launcher attachment for the shotgun barrel. I know that you can do whatever you want with these kits, but I'm a little upset that you didn't show that variation.

If you get two of the option weapon, you can put "pickaxe" on both sides, but upside down, and put spear tip on top for a trident.
Their builds are way more solid than other graded gundams

I got the Alto Ground Type Olive Drab. Now for that matching tank and that huge barrel. And they're getting fused into a gunpla.
