For that it's better if you come on work visa and study side by side or ask the university which is better option because since you have BS you can apply a job in malaysia and once accepted come here and be a student part time

Cybersecurity has better scope than a programmer and your part time job will not be based on your course so it doesn't matter since you are coming after 12th.

For jobs yes indeed, LinkedIn and several other platforms are available but I cannot say about PR yet. It's not easy like Canada and do they give it or not I'm not sure yet.

The immigration department handles this if they come then better if you avoid the situation and look for a job where there is no uniform so that you can blend in with the customers if such thing happens but better if you work online and yes this is the downside of malaysia that they don't allow students to work while studying.

students of masters programme are also not allowed to do part time job?
