Long time no see, my friends!
The hard times are over and I'm back! Thanks for joining me to this 2-hour pomodoro session 25/5 on a rainy day with rain sounds and calm piano music.
I keep the original audio of the video, so there will be some noise at times.

We will use the Pomodoro 25-5 technique with 4 sessions of 25 minutes with 5-minute breaks between each session. You'll also have a timer bell to let you know when the sessions and breaks start or end.

em có hơi tò mò sao anh quay đc cái view trời mưa ngoài đg lúc 2h đêm ghê 😶
Anh cầm ô vs máy ra ngoài đường quay đó em. Vừa hay có 2 bạn đi chơi về đi qua nên có cảnh xe máy vụt qua á. Phòng anh gần đường lớn nên muốn thu âm asmr phải quay đêm. Anh hay ngủ từ 8h tối để 2h sáng dậy quay ý. Hiện tại anh mới quay xong video ở quê, ngày mai sẽ có video mới nè.

Em có thể tham khảo các phương pháp tăng sự tập trung. Với cá nhân anh, anh sẽ luôn gạch trc mục tiêu ngắn hạn và các nguồn lực bản thân có để từ đó chỉ tập trung vào các công việc chính để hoàn thành mục tiêu.
