So cool. Thanks for this video. I was just a little white girl growing up in Arleta in the late 70s and 80s. Even as a little shorty, lowriders were magical vehicles to me. The classic bodies, the custom paint jobs, THE HYDRAULICS!! And if you saw a lowrider cruising and you bounced your hand in the air, the drivers would always bounce the car for you. They were always so friendly to the kids. Some of my favorite childhood memories were seeing the low riders cruising. I feel lucky that I had that experience and low riders will always have such a big place in my heart. I currently live in New Mexico where there is definitely a lowrider and rat rod car culture. It makes me a little homesick, but it also makes my heart so happy when I see them ❤️
