Here are some of the differences that I have noticed: The voices for Wubbzy are clearly different! In the pilot, Wubbzy’s posture/position (not sure the right term) is a bit different (specially at 0:55) and his tail isn’t moving compared to the final product. Some of the backgrounds are a slightly different shade (one example being 1:01) The coloring background where Bob Doyle is a different color for the title card (for the pilot its orange and the final product it was blue and time stamp is at 1:34) Also at 2:00, I noticed that in the pilot version that the seesaw that Wubbzy, Widget, and Walden are on moves but in the final product it doesn’t move I’m sure there is more notable differences but those are the ones I noticed! :)
It’s slightly different but not that different. I think what they did when they the pilot (since that would of came out first before the first official episode) they recorded that version to get a general idea for the original theme test but they redid it (and add some differences) to the final version of the show (I would assume the same thing with the theme with Daisy in it as well)

i noticed that widget wasn't holding onto the beam, wubbzy's alarm bell is lower and more electric-sounding and the submarine moves faster

at 2:17 in the orignal wiget tilts a little bit bun in pilot she does not tilt at all!
