OT pt is raised, if the patient is not feeling any difficulty... All thing will come in normal range within 10-15 days

Take 2 week fir completing 1 chapter in physics, 1 week for 1 chemistry chapter, study bio daily as mentioned in the video

And give 3 hour extra daily to your backlog

Mam mera sb subject to thik h but physics me 100 + lec ka backlogs hai. Major problem meri yahi h AB drr lg rhe h ki complete ho payega ki nhi

Darne se to complete hoga nhi, and don't depend on all lectures, jiska concept thoda clear h wo lecture n dekho, daily 1 backlog physics lecture ka target banao.
