- At last we got to see Milford Sound! We jumped on board with Mitre Cruises and it was an incredible two hours as the fog started to lift! The weather was perfect which is rare for this part of New Zealand especially!
After our cruise we went and hiked to Lake Marian which is a bit challenging especially after it has been raining, but the views are so worth it!

I was in Milford Sound 4 days ago and the weather was amazing too. Also went to Lake Marian and the water level was much lower and I could walk at least 30m over rocks to the water's edge. You're totally right about everything happening so fast. Every few minutes along the Milford Road, there's an amazing sight to see.
I really really enjoyed this. I see all of the effort you put in this video 'cause whenever I travel I know it's not easy to recorder everything while looking at the beauty around you made me feel like I was there btw those landscapes look dope
You can appreciate my 3 weeks there now, everyday the mountains changed and it never got boring or ugly. its an amazing place and km so glad you had that weather lol also so cool seeing the filming set up!
