It works quickly if you sign in from a browser instead of going through the app!! Set it up in less than 10 minutes!! Was having trouble connecting to WiFi so I switched to my browser and bam it connected!
Do not use the set up of the app. Use your browser and login on the website. They have a different set up there that works. With the app it did not work and like this I was successful. It is working now and my daughter loves it!

What a load of shite, doesn't support 5ghz which most people will have. Tried using the app,different devices, different web browsers etc. Used a range of hotspots too still nothing. Can't justify changing to the 2.4GHz band just for this one device. Our household requires higher performance and speed with the 5GHz. Very disappointing, failure of a Xmas present. Do not recommend.

What a failure to set up, I tried so many times, a big regret for buying this crap.
