Children usually are never allowed to be as messy as they want since its a annoyance to adults so seeing her being able to do whatever with the paint was such a relief cause i wanted to do that too as a kid 😭

It gives a sense of energy and freedom. You don't need a smile to convey such an emotion, even though it's stereotypical.

Nah, that artist is most definitely not mad. They’re a genius. Not only is the idea creative in what the end pictures will produce, but it also keeps the kid engaged & interested in the photo shoot. She killed 2 birds with 1 stone on that one for sure. Genius approach to that photo shoot.
This is such a beautiful way to let a child express themselves without feeling like they're going to be penalized for it. Especially a child who's in ballet, because it's an art based a lot on discipline and self-control. Beautiful.

I feel like they could have consulted one knowledgeable person or even google. It's bound in an acrylic polymer, which is great for many porous surfaces, but would be like having to remove thin layers of plastic along with any body hair and whatever else. Use tempera paint for a project like this. Watercolor would also work minus any toxic pigments like cobalt and cadmium. Never acrylic. Never oil paint. Any color made with any pthalo blue or green pigments will stain like no other.
Someone should make a place like this where little girls can go to vent their anger. If I had this as a little girl, I’m sure I’d have experienced a lot less stress and anxiety. I really enjoyed this concept. The photos came out so awesome. 🎨♥️
Messy art for children is definitely essential in order for them to creat freely. It also helps them to understand what balance is. Busy.Quiet. Loud.Soft. Etc,etc,etc... Balance is within each of us. Understanding what balances you 😊
