So if you find a product with variation like the Nike shirt, what if there isn’t a listing? Or what if the listing isn’t a variation how do you go about still adding them?
Hey thanks! Glad I could make you laugh lol. I’ll definitely consider making a how to start video in the future. I’ve been selling on Amazon for around 4 years now, so I know the sign up process is much different than when I started. It would definitely take some researching, but I may look into it and put something out there
Hey thanks! You can go to almost any discount store like Ross, Tj max, marshalls, Burlington, or even a Nike/adiddas outlet store if you have any close by
Enjoyed the video! I bought those same black Nike kids T-shirts, but discovered that when I went to list them, the size did not match the barcode. When I scanned the UPC, the wrong size popped up on the listing. I will have to return them so I don’t get an unhappy customer who might get the wrong size. One question. Why don’t you use a resale permit so you don’t have to pay sales tax? Our sales tax in Washington is from 8.6% to 10.6%, depending on the city so that adds up really fast. Ross is the only store that doesn’t take it, so I wait till Tuesday for the senior discount, 10% off.
I hope that’s something I didn’t overlook with those Nike shirts 😳 I’ve caught incorrect sizing issues while scanning in the past, but I didn’t notice that on this occasion, so fingers crossed lol. Getting a resale permit is definitely something I’ve slacked on. I used to have one years ago when I ran a clothing brand, but for my Amazon biz, I never ended up getting one. I recently moved from California to Ohio, so I’ll have to check out the process here and finally get one. Saving that 8-10% would be huge!
Does presenting receipts from Burlington and Marshall serve as valid evidence in the event of an IP complaint or if a customer alleges that the item is not authentic?
I haven’t had to do that specifically, but from what I’ve heard from others, that will suffice. What you need to do though, is take a photo of the item with the Burlington tag still attached, make sure you can see the Burlington tag clearly so the item number is showing, then match that item number to the receipt and Amazon should accept it no issues.
is Amazon FBA gated the same as FBM? Ive seen lots of people talking about "gating" and not being allowed to sell nikes, but I wasnt sure if they were talkin about FBA or holding and selling themselves later.
Yes, it’s the same. Your account itself will be gated to sell certain products no matter if you’re selling them FBM or FBA. I don’t have any content out on ungating at the moment, but if you look up Flips 4 Miles on TH-cam, you’ll find some great info on how to get ungated
In my experience, yes, items tend to sell way faster on Amazon than on EBay. My eBay store is only a few months old though and just broke 100 listings, so it could be that I just don’t have enough offerings to be moving stuff super fast on eBay yet.
I never really had the space to keep inventory, plus I didn’t like the idea of having to pick and ship packages all day. But I’m considering adding some fbm into my operation now that I’m in a place with more space.
I advantage play at the arcade. I can prizes like a PS5 for $100-250. How can I flip these faster online? Offer Up is nice to get full value and no fees but it’s time consuming. I would trade for stuff I like to use but it’s a waste of time and most people don’t want to trade.
500th subscriber!! great content!!

You are so funny. Made me laughed with that joke. Could you do a video on how to start a business on Amazon when you get a chance please. Thank you.

Great content friend. Can you share some other places you go to for nike and adidas products?

Sorry if I missed it, what app were you using to scan the barcodes?
No worries! I use the Amazon Seller app and also Seller Amp

Do items sell faster on amazon vs ebay for these new with tag items?
