That pant doesn't stack with gloom prize and it actually saves us alot of time from dot damage

Is it best to go for max fortitude or strength for this build? Which secondaries should I be focusing on for this DH build?

Fortitude is important. if you have Viper and Seeping bile etc. having potency would be nice too but Fortitude is 1st priority
