Amazing voice acting and wow! I would pay to see this done to the whole series, even if it was all map style but this vid makes book 14 20 times better
There are very few times in this franchise when I cried. But I sobbed my eyes out during Snowfall’s last vision where she finally realizes that her mother always had faith in her being an incredible queen in her place. At 1:25 the soft calming yet eerie mysterious music brings such a nice touch on the symbolic messages. The composer did a fantastic job to fit it with the scene! Snowfall is the queen the IceWing tribe needed and deserved, for literally thousands of years. She exposed and took down its corrupted system within a month of inheriting the crown. Long live the greatest IceWing queen of all time.
This scene brought a tear or two to my eye in the books, but this made me cry so hard. I love seeing the more sympathetic sides of IceWings, since they’re stereotyped as snobby and stuck-up, and somehow Opal’s tender voice and Snowfall’s tired voice really made it all the more emotional. It’s the exact same scene, but with the hearts of so many more people put into it.
This scene was what made me love Dangerous Gift in retrospect... I love how Opal speaks to Snowfall, her memory seems to know exactly what to say to her, what she needs to hear. And the final touch to the enchantment being a final vision meant to help alleviate the source of the current queen's flaws... exactly when she needed it, and no sooner. This was a wonderful choice and I can tell everyone involved fell in love with this scene too! Thanks for bringing it to life!
this scene elevates my view of glacier so much before I saw just the pragmatic smart queen that would go to any length for her tribe, but after this I see her as an amazing queen and mother, and with tat last vision Snowfall has the empathy and confidence to be even better, Lynx could easily be right that Snowfall can become the best queen the Icewing have ever had
This is absolutely BEAUTIFUL, I can just see all the passion and talent that went into this fantastic project. Well done, everybody! This truly is a holiday treat.
Hi there I know we've never spoken before, but its good to meet you! I have watch many of your vids and the analysis ones to me are the BEST. I, myself, am a big fan of WOF. Heres a mini QnA. What is your opinion on Chameleon? Do you or do you not think Thorn should be queen? Who was your fave out of the three princesses? and the last one. Who is your fave dragon from the Pantalan Arc?
@@JHay-fn5mj It's awesome that you like my stuff! :) 1. Chameleon is honestly one of my favorite villains in the series, even if the end of his arc was kind of ruined. I loved his character so much, although I think he would be pretty high on my favorite characters list if he would have gotten some kind of mini redemption, like helping Peril at the last minute somehow and then taking off. Peril would have told him he would be welcome in the rainforest if he ever chose to go back because they have a new ruler now. Instead of appearing in book ten, he should have just been mentioned by a dragon remembering him, and going like "Hey, remember that RainWing with the snout disorder who got banished awhile back? I heard he came back to the rainforest and Glory welcomed him with open arms. He still needs some time, but he actually seems to be liking his new life." 2. I think Thorn is the best option the SandWings currently have due to her experience. Plus, being queen has changed her-- she went from killing Preyhunter out of anger when finding out that Morrowseer was already dead, to eventually hosting diplomatic sessions to achieve peace between the tribes. Thorn even gave Snowfall some advice and comforted her when she needed it most. I'm sure better possible queens have existed, but Thorn is the best they've got now, and I'm glad to see how this position has changed her for the better. 3. Burn and Blaze! I like Blaze for her innocence and Burn for her ferocity and fearsomeness. 4. Snowfall! Although if you're counting only Pantalan characters, I've got to go with Io, Tau, and Hazel.

This turned out amazing! I loved Snowfall’s book, and this M.A.P is extremely accurate! The animation is perfect and there is so much emotion in the voices!
I think Glacier is an amazing kind Queen. Like Moorhen and Ruby. All three queens were so sweet and good queens. Moorhen and Glacier are usually overlooked but when they are shown in the books they are super good/caring for their tribe in a good way.
I am almost speechless, this MAP is fantastic and the wrk put into it is magnificent. This shows Snowfalls journey so well and so nicely. Great work everyone!

when i was reading i wasn't feeling much about this scene, i was just reading it like any other scene in this book, but after reading it a second time and watching this animation it really got to me how good this scene was, I think that i would not be able to feel the same way about it without hearing it with voices, and seeing the animation, this was awesome and you had a really great idea to make this map call. have a lovely day
This beautiful MAP almost made me cry. The voice acting is perfect. And even though every thing is different styles, it’s still perfect. And even better than if one person made this.
I've got to admit, out of all the IceWing animus gifts, aside from the gift of healing, one of the other few good gifts I believe is the best? The one highlighted in this video: the gift of vision. Man, if only they had a gift like that for all the tribes. But then again, if there was no War of SandWing Succession, there'd probably be no start for the Wings of Fire series, would there? Welp, you know what they say, "You gotta start somewhere, so why not at the beginning?", lol. P.S. I don't know who may have originally said that quote, or if I wound up rephrasing it

The lip sync, scores, and explanation of the gift of vision all work out Professional Production level. It's hard NOT To, repetitively, watch this! It's THAT Good a job! Random tiny fanstory on my IceWing oc, Princess Iceberg. Also I think Lynx would be next in line for queen sooooo.... Iceberg awoke in her icy stone bed platform. She shook her head to wake herself up and saw her mother, Queen Lynx, standing over her. Iceberg nearly blew frostbreath in her mom's face because she was so startled. Lynx grabbed a fish from her satchel and handed it to her daughter. "Here's breakfast. Eat quick, we've got Nightwings coming over for lunch and you've gotta look your best." She said softly, walking out Iceberg's room. The princess seemed to have a big day ahead. DONT JUDGE ON LYNX BEING QUEEN.
I may have shed a few tears in this. I shed plenty the first time I read this scene, and plenty more the second time. Its just so perfect. And this animation has brought it to life.
Ngl this made me tear up a bit. Got me thinking about how I really do relate to Snowfall a lot. Lost my mom to cancer at a young age, and I’ve been really anxious because of it. Anyways, sorry about the trauma dumping haha. Everybody in this map did so good!!!
WOF really shined in this moment. Snowfall went from being my least favorite character to one of my favorites through the course of this book, and considering this was the 2nd to last use of animus magic in the books (if i remembet correctly), this was probably the best use of it. It was so nice to see her arc come to a completion as she learned to be more empathetic and that her mom believed in her. This ring gave amazing guidance to what was a really tragic start to her rule.
Oh my gosh. This is close enough to the actual series! (if they even chose to make it) I love that the last vision of queen glacier had that sweet, soft and gentle music that added to the emotions they were voice acting. Everything was spot on! Especially the art!
i waited a while before watching this map because i didn't want to spoil myself the book. but i had just finished the dangerous gift yesterday and i'm on a spree of catching up on some animations for it. heck, i'm crying now :') this was such a sweet moment in the book but hearing it and having the visuals of it makes it 100 times better and wholesome. the tears started falling somewhere in the second minute and have been falling for the rest of the map haha! everyone did such an amazing job
BEAITIFUL. I can't put any other words to this. It's absolutely flawless, from the animation to the voice acting to the character design, to the music and the editing! The voices fit sooooo well, I love it so much! Great job to everyone who was involved in this project!
Ngl froot really fits minks voice for this XD absolutely amazing work to all that partisapated in the making of this 8 minute 40 second video, I can see there was a heck of a lot of work put into this, even if people only had 'small' roles!

I can't believed this MAP made me feel so good despite my infinite hatred for Snowfuck and the IceWings. The professional voice-acting and great animation make it one of the best of 2020.

Snowfall’s book was definitely my favorite one, and everyone in this recreated one of my favorite scenes in it beautifully.

BEAITIFUL. I can't put any other words to this. It's absolutely flawless, from the animation to the voice acting to the character design, to the music and the editing! The voices fit sooooo well, I love it so much! Great job to everyone who was involved in this project!

This came out so well! The writing, voice acting, the animation- Everyone did so well! I really wish I had had time to redo my part, but in the end I am just unbelievably happy to be part of this beautiful MAP :)
I can't believed this MAP made me feel so good despite my infinite hatred for Snowfuck and the IceWings. The professional voice-acting and great animation make it one of the best of 2020.
