@ammonyc if putting ads on your barn find videos means you can keep producing them, i have zero issue with that. And other fans should be in the same boat. Your costs and efforts need to be covered and its the content we love. And theres a good junk of us who have learned how to make a buck or two off of your efforts so i am A okay watching an ad the next time i want to watch a Porsche or Datsun or MG get pulled out of a barn
Patreon, Locals, IG subscriptions may be the future for long form creators. Frustrating to see junk food style content cannibalizing ad share revenue from the long form content that built youtube. Frankly, I'm surprised companies buy ad space within ppl's videos considering we can just FF. Like, wasn't the whole point of Tivo to FF through the commercials, and that shit came out in 1999!
