Great game, really enjoyed it
This is one of the scenarios I would like to try and, unlike some, doesn't require much in the way of scenery or specialist stuff.
As with other armies squad LMGs are a waste of points even more so if you pay for the extra shot, I haven't bothered with them for my SAS NWE build. What's is worth having is the transport jeep and spending the 5pts for the extra shot. Put in a squad with smgs, drive around shoot things, recce away if shot at, and jump the guys out to hose down stuff just to be sure :) And run the jeep around as a mobile MMG without losing it. If you want dice or bodies with this selector you can run up to 2 Maquis squads.
Nice table, makes me wonder about hardening the outside of styrofoam to make some trenches, though I'd probably be more likely to want a work on a videogame, I'll have to look closer at what she uses on nerdforge. As I didn't get very many games in with my old mageknight trolls and treants as I was too good myself?

so for fixed weapons like artillery or MMGs, if i recall correctly, you can't specifically kill the gunner and thus disable the weappon. I believe that only works with integrated weapons like bazookas or squad LMGs
Yes. Cant take out artillery with a sniper or exceptional damage.you can take out MMGs and mortars
Good game. I think having the truck destroyed on the road was a blessing in disguise. It forced you to move cross country, which forced you to deploy to clear the way, which I think helped the Germans win in the end. Having dice superiority is becoming increasingly obvious as a factor in misbalancing games. I see no obvious solution, but I'll still play the game.
Yea dice spamming is a thing. That is why a lot of events will cap dice at 14
What is the product you place on the bottom of the bases of your officers and nco's?
I've always wondered that myself.
They were part of a Conan board game from years ago. Got them off eBay. Haven’t seen them for a long time. But the 3d print market has them now. Not sure what they would be called. Base rings maybe?

Normally we do have more stuff on the board. This layout was based on the scenario requirements.

Just picture a giant goofy chocolate lab. I will try to remember to do a reveal in the next Bolt Action game if he cooperates.
