2023 and my life is this song. I wish so much that life wasn't such a struggle 😪.. I pray that i can become the lender & not the borrower🙏🙏 For now> Comfort is Gone.....
I just saw them at the 20 year anniversary at the Starland Ballroom in Jersey. They blew the place up! Everyone was movin, the excitement was infectious, just like back in the day. I felt 20 something again.
...always wondered what happened to these guy's.Heard em back in like 2000something and fell in love with the sound, but never heard any follow up from them or another band i picked up on around the same time,Grade 8.Even orange 9mm went mia, thank God for HED PE,true till the end...
they kinda fell off... i know they broke up like 10ish years ago, then got back together, but not full time, like they're not writing new music or touring, but they usually play once a year in NJ, and will sometimes play festivals with other hardcore bands that they have connections with. if you ever get a chance to see them, i highly highly recommend it.. I saw them a couple weeks back for the 20th anniversary, and they still fucking kill it. Played for like an hour and a half or some shit, place was packed and went crazy, and the energy in that place was incredible. they still got it after all these years
One of them is my school principal, no joke. If I didn’t know he was in this band, I would’ve never known. He seems like a humble, nice guy, not someone who listens to punk rock or something.
they get together once a year to play a show and it usually sells out quickly, but is an epic event. I've been to the last three years shows since '97-98 when Birch Hill was still kicking and I followed them around on tour for the summer
God I miss the Birch Hill. 18 & under shows, battle of the bands. It was like home in my teen years, saw so many amazing shows from E-town to Black Label Society. I'm almost 40 now, I wish my kids had a place like it.
Man I was rocking this s*** 15 years ago and my son was like 9 10 years old... And now my kid is doing this s*** he's on SoundCloud.. Shane Jordan 222 y'all should check them out he's got like 25 songs on soundcloud kid is badass it all started with listening to this bandytown love them still love them today all the way to the grave
Adversity made me the fighter I learned to be I yearn to be so far on top that Through rain or shine or rise or fall I won't fall short I'll win it all. Expect me to be the net that is here to catch your fall
@Gman15765 I have almost all of their albums and EPs in original, but won't sell them ever. If you can't find them over internet, try to download them here punksandskins com
I remember when hard core was every were strate edges punks stoners goth kids and us the dead men walking....im the oly one left we all made the choise to die just haveing as much fun as we can all hail hard core
I've just started listening to them but I think that they're fucking badass! ! With some advertising to get their name out I think that they could be BIGTIME!!
Actually, WSOU stopped playing ETC forever and started playing watered down shit since they broke up. mind you was never even played that much a long time ago because no one accepted metal and hip hop with punk. these 3 genres form Hardcore. wana-be hardcore kids go learn something. god bless all of the original, real and humble fans that repped at the old shows and that requested ETC songs through the hard times of them being broke up. it's funny how everyone reps ETC so hard now
Who's still listening in 2021? One of the best to ever do it!
