That’s my hardest feat to deal with. My mind has the worst habit to keep anxious and not stop thinking about everything. I can’t sleep even when exhausted. Its really frustrating
Just realize, anxiousness is just in your mind, do your afraid of something just say, GO ahead, happen, do it! Tell that to your brain. Nothing will happen. Also, watch what you’re eating, your gut is the second brain.
Most our suffering comes from clinging to others' opinions, desires, and the illusion of control. True freedom and happiness arise when we let go of the need for validation, stop seeking external approval, and focus on cultivating inner peace, wisdom, and compassion. Thanks!
