I had 96 auto my dad had a 96 manual either way this one is the most reliable most fun to drive I got rid of mine but my dad kept his and he put 290k miles on it without any major issues he got a new car and the freeze plug popped out
@@D.G24 it is a fun car especially just cruising on long drives, for its age it gets around 23mpg city and hwy together. I put 91 octane in it cause age and it hasn’t given me issues in years.

I would use the oem Nissan trans fluid. And yes I do put 91 on this car but just run good gas like Chevron or 76 and your good 👍🏼. But Damn Gas prices do suck now 😒. I used to fill up with $35-$40 in 2019.

Bought that baby for $500 in my teens and fixed a hundred things on it slowly over time. I'm looking for no later than a 1999 now. In 2000 Nissan got taken over by a french company and the quality has gone way down.

Sir that’s a clean a32 maxima . 😍. It looks like it’s not a Midwest car like mines 😞 I see it’s rust free . I currently have a 5 speed 99 maxima at 169 k miles and still running . My previous one was a 98 automatic and sold it with 200k + . That puppy still has a long life ahead of it lol .

Ust be in the southwest. No rust. Trunks are huge. I had a 98 and currently a 99 that I bought for $800. A rust bucket, but only has 80k, so it is essentially a new rusted out car
It is a great car! This car has oil changes every 3,000 miles and tranny fluid drained and filled every 30,000 miles. Try to get one with low mileage tho, then u can keep record easily of service intervals.

Full of Sauce i got them on goparts.com but i believe you can find them on CARID.com as well. Ebay may have them and even if you get lucky find a pair with the bracket on another maxima somewhere else for parts like at a junk yard too.

In the past 35k I've put struts All around, new cv axel's, new radiator and fans, new tension pulley, new tires and everything works flawless. What would it cost approximately to bring it to this level with mat white paint?
Very nice! And haha same here! First car i drive and still doesnt let me down. In total I probably put a couple thousand fixing it up. New AC system, new suspension parts, new battery, new alternator, new paint job. I did them all as time went by so it never really affected me as i saved up to do such. Then again, the car could of still ran with all of the old parts, i just wanted it to be like new, so it does cost some money but its so worth it 😁
I grandmother bought it brand new in 1998 and she sold it in 2016 with only 68.000 miles on the vehicle and bought a brand new 2016 Altima the Altima only have$5000 miles today on it.
Kevin Cabrera for the past many years my dad always used 89 octane but myself personally i always been using 91 octane at Chevron because i feel 89 is a waste and it runs great! I prefer 91 octane the older they get. Still has the original fuel injectors too.
My manual says to use "Primo," so I run 93 in it, altho previous owner used reg 87 in it, I run Prem or at least Mid-grade in everything I have. I had a '96 Fleetwood that I ran non-eth in, and WOW! that car ran FANTASTIC! 👍😉
狼AMATERASU-0929 actually pretty easy. It just plugs into a cigarette port or if you have a charging port it can go there. They also have Bluetooth set but its more expensive.
haitham baloch with these new aftermarket style headlights the the lowbeam bulb is a 9006 bulb (HB4) and the high beam bulb is a 9005 bulb (HB3). But the original socket is for a 9004 (HB1) bulb. If you get these headlights they come with the adapter that plugs into the factory 9004 harness so you can use the other bulbs.
Only thing that really leaked was the water pump which was replaced and solved the coolant leak, and the oil pan gasket. Currently the car has no leaks!

I changed the Headlight unit itself but if you have the OEM headlights, they have a better beam pattern and are actually brighter with LEDs.

I own the Maxima and the Sentra’s :)). Currently it is the 2 white Nissans I own
