Damn this looks hella fun. Really makes me want to get curain, but no black tickets. You seems super knolwedgeable in abusing soviet power so I wanna ask how to build a proper solider team like for which units I should be looking for in the future.
Since most of the decent soldiers are farmable (OA soldiers, Warden, Acolytes, Rivet, Kang Soyoung), you can get them and start to build the Revenant soldier team. You're going to need Revenant though. Forgot to mention that Rivet and Kang Soyoung can be rearm to make them more powerful. That team is a decent soldier team. Revenant, OA soldiers, Warden, and fill up the other slots, either DPS/Supporter, it's up to you. You can also have Curian in there. The hypercarry of soldier teams. If you want, put Felix in as well. Do keep in mind that the team will be quite expensive, but if you enjoy watching soldier swarms, it's worth it. For ships, Matador is BiS for soldiers. BBMkII is nice, while Ente Carrier is decent but not really the ship you're going to build. For Operators, Sysop and Sasha (must be Lvl 8) are the best operators for soldiers right now. But if you don't have them, Kim Hana works well too. Keep in mind that soldiers are hard to build; they need good gears to perform well, in PVP they require specific weeks with BANs that favor them to even dominate that week.
Suppose you'd like to pull for soldiers. In that case, I suggest getting Curian, Felix, Laika (on par with Rearm Rivet due to her AR), Dorothy (DPS/support), and Revenant (multi-unit soldier supporter). They are often seen in soldier teams.

What a combo! Curian was lonely. And she is A LOT better than I thought she was going to be. I had a lot of doubts because shes a tower.

Felix basic has 30% skill haste and max is 100% so you should high set cdr for Curian
