After that 2007 fall, he got up and walked away. Jake brown is someone I root for pretty hard and it's AMAZING how he's still going strong in 2021. Power to Jake brown!
@X Games, I just read the description (correct me if I'm wrong.) And I'm certain that this was the Disciplines Second 3-Peat since Danny Way got the first 3-Peat in Skateboard Big Air in 2006, since he got gold in 2004, 2005, and then 2006. If you meant Bob Burnquist got (his) first 3- Peat then that is correct. He did get the first Ever 4-Peat at X Games Barcelona in Spain 2013 , and the first 5-Peat in Skateboard Big Air at X Games Munich in Germany 2013 I remember.
They really overworked on this one they don't usually do it like this. I'm surprised even held out that long. I think anyone would underestimate the amount of skill and effort they put into this, especially as early in the game as it was. Some of these tricks haven't even been done yet and record still haven't been set yet.
Am I the only one that thinks skating a gap like this is deceptively easy.... like it looks way gnarlier than it actually is. You're basically given the most amount of airtime possible to do whatever maneuver you want and then are given the best possible highly calibrated angled landing platform to land on. I'm not saying its incredibly easy, but I feel like I could step to that with my zero experience skating mega ramps or huge vert ramps and figure out how to land stuff in just a few tries...

Why they fell off from the other side

hardest part seems like just comitting to drop in. I like to think I would do it but I might puss out on that part lol
Always seams to be a shite landing on the quarter ramp....rarely ever gets ✔️ done......
One of the worst ones I've seen. Hardly nobody landed anything.
